These are the norms for Team Numbat!
- Clear Task Division, Timelines, and Deliverables for each group member
- Be honest if commitments change
- One in person meeting per week (outside of class)
- Casual text updates between meetings
- Portfolio worthy job on the project
- Direct but kind feedback
- Avoid voting, try to get everyone on same page
- Empowering people to make executive decisions for things/aspects they are responsible for
- Don’t meet in gov-co
- Try to teach each other the skills we’re using on the project.
