- Communicate regularly
- Be on time to team meetings

- Complete the work that you agreed to do (or ask for help if you can’t for some reason)
- Distribute work evenly
- Establish clear and realistic goals for both team and individuals
- Divide large goals into smaller, manageable tasks that can easily be kept track of
- Not being afraid of saying that someone should do more work(being straightforward)
- Communicate with TA in slack
- Constantly ask for feedback and be ready to iterate
DON’Ts
- Be rude in communications
- Make big decisions for the project on your own
- Bite off more than you can chew
- Passive aggressiveness
- Expect communication at odd hours of the night
ACCOUNTABILITY
We will have weekly check-ins where we can check on the status of the project and provide feedback if necessary. We will track individual’s tasks in Notion for overall project management and reflection.
