As a team we have agreed upon the following norms. anything not explicitly written (like don’t be a jerk) is included under “be respectful”.
- Be respectful of each other and yourself
- communicate before hand
- be on time (Respect people’s time, 5 mins early = on time)
- be accountable for your actions (take responsibility before the work and after it)
- be open minded (respect others ideas)
- complete your work and complete it well (communicate if anything would prevent you from doing this)
- Provide useful feedback and suggestions (not just criticism)
- Complete your share of work and help others with theirs
- Be responsive (check slack daily)
