Team norms:
- Set a high bar for work; be invested in doing well
- No passive-aggression; be direct
- Be willing to compromise on ideas
- Everyone takes initiative
- Consistent communication
- Don’t flake: if you’re not going to make a meeting time, tell the team
- Offer a make-up plan if you can’t make a meeting
- Stay up-to-date on your tasks and keep the team in the loop on how you’re doing
- If you need help on anything, ask for it instead of letting the gap grow bigger
Meeting Structure
- Weekly team meeting: Wednesday, 7:30–9:30 PM
- “Sub-groups” (i.e., music, code, art, narrative) will organize additional meetings amongst themselves depending on the weekly tasks
