Norms

• Be on time to meetings (try for exact but like 1-5 minutes is ok, but give a heads up BEFORE if it’ll be later)
• Make big decisions as a group, but small decisions by yourself to reduce mental load. Ask if unsure (big vs small)
• LOTS of communication
  • Progress updates
  • Showing up to class or meetings
  • If you’re having a tough or really busy week, let us know
• Don’t let team member problems (eg lack of communication, always late) sit for a while, speak up early
  • Feedback should always be respectful, constructive, reiterate norms first, then text in group chat and call out names if necessary
• Make sure everyone has a clear idea of what they’re personally responsible for
• Be proactive & communicate what you’re doing, everyone can identify what’s next and help work toward that
• Ask for help early, especially if you realize you won’t be able to meet one of your personal responsibilities. You are responsible for delegating work
• Start things early, ahead of deadlines
