The Fox and the Squirrel – Individual – Mateo LF

I imagine a game designed to promote flow state

I imagine a game where you’re both the squirrel and the fox – you get to empathize with both

I imagine a game where you take very seriously the task in hand: bring some food to the table

I imagine a game about mindfulness

I imagine a game that plays with time, where it’s used to create pressure

I imagine a game about responsibility

I imagine a game that is at times very fast and at times very slow, like a puzzle

I imagine a game that plays with movement in the x and y axis

I imagine a very artful game about change – maybe through the passing of seasons

Emotions: What I’d love to make my players feel

  • peace
  • delight
  • wonder
  • a bit of anxiety / combined with flow state (deep focus)

Direction 1: 3D / Squirrel must collect food before nightfall / Fights a Fox

Direction 2: 2D / Squirrel must collect food before the winter / Fox must collect food before the winter / You get to understand both

Direction 3: 2D / Squirrel is in an adventure through the most beautiful forrest / The only purpose is exploration

This is how this game feels to me (all of these songs are original)
