Hi! My name is Faith (she/her) and I’m a coterm student studying HCI.
My favorite game of all time is Super Mario Bros. I grew up playing it with my brother on the Nintendo DSi, where we’d alternate turns or compete to see who could finish a level first. I loved how each world had its own personality, with unique enemies and power-ups that made each stage feel like a mini adventure.
A recent game I’ve been enjoying is Monument Valley. I actually played it back in middle school but picked it up again after seeing it on Netflix Games (plus versions 2 and 3). The art is absolutely STUNNING! You guide the character through isometric, optical illusion worlds by manipulating her environment, and I love how dreamy and immersive the whole experience is.
