- Good communication, be honest about what you need help with earlier rather than later
- Reply –> No ghosting
- Show up with optimism and enthusiasm
- If we have long work sessions, have a way to take fun breaks (game playing?)
- Listen to ideas from everyone with an open mind
- Try to engage others if you realize they are not as active in conversation
- Don’t be afraid to speak up with any input or counter ideas
- Give any heads up if you’re going to be late or unable to make it
- Try to start tasks early (but no stress if this doesn’t happen)
