1. Communicate if you will be late or not be able to complete your assigned part
2. Prioritize physical meetings versus asynchronous work
3. Aim to meet at least twice throughout the project for fun, not for work (team bonding!)
4. Be on time to group meetings
5. Treat everyone with respect and compassion
6. Trust other team members to complete their tasks
