- Be responsive

- Be open to others’ ideas and opinions
- Don’t be too narrowly focused on your own ideas
- Take space/make space
- Reach out/ask for help if you’re confused rather than waiting until the last minute
- Do your share of the work (early if possible 🙂 )
- Communicate if overwhelmed
- Respond to groupchat as soon as you can
- Be on time for meetings(!!) and stay the entire scheduled time
- Don’t flake
- Don’t procrastinate until the night before the deadline – No meeting right before the due date
- Meetings should be used strictly for collaborative work (e.g., idea creation)
- Don’t be too quick to shut down others’ ideas (there’s always something to take away from an idea)
- Communicate schedule conflicts as soon as possible
