Moodboard in the Featured Image. Evokes images of dark, eldritch horror with a splash of cartoonish ghouls. Cocktail of spooky with a dash of goofy.
Images are from inspiration like Inside, Limbo, Slay the Spire, Lies of P, Wall-E, The Last of Us, Crooked Moon 5e Expansion.
The playlist below is curated from the atmosphere created by some of my favourite spooky levels/locations in video games.

Directions for the Game (All Narrative Driven):
- Choose your own adventure horror walking sim: Players walk through a haunted space making choices about what path they want to take, building a narrative as they go. In the story, you are a child stuck in your relatives’ home trying to get back out to your parents.
- Branching Path Board Game: Physical board game where players move up a visual path (Slay the Spire map style) and fight monsters, with a narrative unfolding based on what elements they interact with on the board. This story revolves around the player as a mutated child in a post apocalyptic urban setting where everything is dangerous.
- Reflex based platformer: A completely different direction from the first two, as the player goes through fast paced platforming challenges to make it to the end of a series of levels. This is inspired by the lava chase sequences in the Ori games, and would follow a rebel in an eldritch horror setting trying to make it to their safehouse.
