Sketchnote: Loops & Arcs – Tray

 

A game I really enjoy is Hades, and I think the loop/arc architecture it has is micro parallel arcs, where you get small pieces of evocative info as you go through the big loop of a “run” (talking to the gods, the bosses, etc and there are multiple arcs in progress at once), but each big loop also has both functional and evocative feedback through your growing skill AND the characters that react to your progress.
