One of my absolute favourite game of all time is Monument Valley because even though it is a digital game, it is surprisingly tactile, and it challenges your spatial reasoning because it takes advantage of the digital format, creating possibilities that surpass the three-dimensional world we know, which is very intriguing to discover.
A recent game I enjoyed was enclose.horse, it is a game that refreshes every day so I love the bite-sized nature, and like all daily games, I’m able to share my progress with friends, so the motivation amongst my social circle keeps me consistently playing the game. There is always an optimal solution, but you don’t know until you submit if your solution is the optimal one, which in itself provides a mental challenge.
