Team 24 Norms

1. Be on time!!!
2. Overcommunicate rather than under — as a team we prefer using text as our medium
3. Use class time and synchronous meetings to work (either in person or over Zoom), then asynchronous delegation as the next resort
4. Everyone does their part, and tries to contribute equally. Take initiative!
5. Always appreciate and celebrate each other’s contributions
6. React or respond to updates to show that you read the message
7. Disagree with ideas, not people. 
8. We’re all working towards the same goal and not against each other. Let’s keep this in mind as we interact with each other.
