- Stick to being on time, but with some flexibility (~10 min buffer, but we understand that life happens)
- On time submissions. Optimally do not use the grace period
- Give direct feedback. Dont save it for the feedback form
- Text communication
- Life happens, just be transparent

- Celebrating each other. Commend one another’s work
- Consensual decision-making but also we don’t want to get stuck
