Favorite game of all time: Catan. I love the strategy component of deciding whether you are going to go for longest road or build as many cities as possible or go for development cards. The element of negotiation in this game isn’t as critical for winning as it is in monopoly so you can still have trading and collaboration given that there are multiple winning strategies.
Recent game: Rummikub, decently cognitively demenading and makes you think of how to move a bunch of pieces around to place yours on the table in a short 30 seconds
