- Communicate / be responsive to messages within 24 hours
- Show up on time to meetings / say if you will be late about 2-3 hours before you show up (unless you’re running late in the process)
- Say if you cannot attend a meeting as early as possible
- Keep the task management system updated!
- Be understanding
- Reach out for help early if struggling with a task
- Respectfully listen to new ideas and be open to compromise
- Be solution-oriented when there are problems
We have a spreadsheet to manage task completion. If this is not filled out, we will assume a rule of completing work in a timely manner is being ignored.
We will enforce rules with direct communication, delegating more tasks if others are not completed.
