Direction 1: Make the game very scenario based. In the downtime people have to spruce up their restaurant, there should be a way to receive news that either develops the lore of the game or gives hints as to what harrowing encounters could be in store.

Direction 2: I’d want to take advantage of the space theming as much as possible. Dining games like Overcooked lack character in their customers. Space has so much potential for variety, not only with dishes but with customers. I want the game to have a vibrant base of possible customers.

Direction 3: Combat would be a fun, well-integrated way to spice up the game (space pirates fit the theme perfectly).
