Sketchnote: Game Balance

In my sketchnote, I tried keeping track of the different kinds of game balance to keep in mind, the common problems in each type, and some suggestions provided by the reading on how to address them. 

I appreciated that the reading emphasized playtesting for the players at the very center of the distribution. Because we cannot account for every kind of player, be they alpha players or not, we should aim for the most common kind of player in our target audience. I also liked how the reading gave a few suggestions for how to deal with first-player advantage. My group’s game is struggling with that right now, so I’ll bring this up for my teammates to think about as a potential solution.
