- When things get done (e.g. a checkpoint completed), mention in the team group chat.
- Make it clear that you’ve seen a message, whether it be by responding via text or just a “Like” or “Heart”
- Carry your own weight — if you are tasked with something, follow through with it, or ask for help.
- Be vocal if you are struggling/uncomfortable with the direction something has gone in.
- Speak your mind but be willing to compromise, especially when there is disagreement.
- Be vocal about your strengths/weaknesses from the get-go — play to your strengths!
- Don’t leave in the middle of a team meeting (if you say you’re available, then be available!)
- Take things seriously/don’t treat them as a joke (you can still have fun, of course).
