- Use class time and synchronous meetings to work (either in person or over Zoom), then asynchronous delegation as the next resort
- Everyone does their part, and tries to contribute equally. Take initiative!
- Always appreciate and celebrate each other’s contributions
- React or respond to updates to show that you read the message
- Disagree with ideas, not people.
- We’re all working towards the same goal and not against each other. Let’s keep this in mind as we interact with each other.
