Team Norms – Team 9 (Victor, Cecilia, Alex, Richard, Olivia, Sue)

If someone doesn’t have any work assigned to them, they should reach out to ask what else needs doing (Try to be proactive when you have extra time)
If any conflict emerges (eg. injury, midterms/exams, interviews, etc) that may conflict with reaching deadlines, please communicate to the team ASAP. Just be upfront with things!
Openly communicate and be transparent (when we’re meeting, what we’re working on, when we need help). Be direct if you are confused about anything.
Be respectful of other people’s ideas
Give everyone a chance to speak. Write down your ideas, and actively listen until you get your chance.
Actively contribute! , and don’t check out! (Just call a break if you’re getting tired)
Any design decision that contradicts someone else’s shouldn’t be implemented without a majority vote by the team
Ensure all project files and notes are accessible to the team
All changes should be documented by the person who made them
Keep the team updated on what you’ve done in WhatsApp
