P2: Tiny Playable Prototype – Khushi

After doing the playtest in class, the following is what I observed and changes I plan to make:

  1. I realized that my game story was very short with only one choice to be made. To improve on the story, I am now looking at creating depth in the story so there are more choices that the player has to make.
  2. There was a lack of dystopia in my game, so I look at adding that.
  3. The premise was not clear to my players so refining that and adding more details to the character will be helpful in setting up the scene.
  4. With choices, the player did not enjoy the randomness of the actions that happen after the choice. So getting rid of die rolls or random picks to give the player more autonomy in creating the story would be helpful.
