Communication

1. Communicate through text
2. Frequent communication
   1. Keep it action-oriented (Ex: Include when a task will be completed by)
3. Be at most five minutes late to team meetings
   1. Communicate if you will be late
   2. Meetings will start without members that are >5 minutes late
4. Provide suggestions for improvement
   1. Ex: If someone completes their task poorly, provide suggestions on how they can improve before trying to fix it on your own.
5. Prioritize entire-team meetings when necessary

Decision-Making

1. Majority for all group decisions
2. Tasks are left up to the individual
   1. Individuals can make executive decisions → but share their decision w/ group
   2. Trust one another to complete tasks individually and asynchronously

Other

1. Celebrate each other!!!!
2. Have conversations outside of the course content <3
