P2 Team 10 Norms

  1. Be vocal and open to disagreements.
  2. Have frequent check-ins to see how we can improve.
  3. Uphold open communication and honesty.
  4. Direct, constructive, and understanding feedback.
  5. Maintain a nonjudgmental environment (AKA: an environment where we are empathetic, respectful, and collaborative)
  6. Ask for help when necessary.
  7. Keep checkpoints to make sure everyone is on the same page and whether there is a need to amend any goals.
  8. Celebrate each other’s strengths and contributions!
