Team Norms: P2-18

  1. Communicate clearly and early on your availability
  2. Give clear feedback, both positive and negative
  3. Be collaborative with others – don’t dominate in brainstorms
  4. Show up to meetings on time
  5. No ghosting
  6. Update your task statuses before each class on the task manager
  7. Be proactive and assign tasks to yourself that match your individual skill set
  8. Check-in with others on a regular basis, either in-person or on the phone
  9. Be willing to share the burden of BS assignments and tasks
  10. Be willing to pick up the slack for others if they’re going through it
  11. Follow through on tasks you commit to or coordinate with others to make sure it gets done
