Sketchnote: Game Architecture

A game I enjoy is Uncharted 2, by Naughty Dog. The Uncharted series games are narrative-based, so each blends loops and arcs. In stages of gameplay, there are interaction loops—these may range from platforming to stealth to combat—and these stages are broken up by cutscenes offering a narrative arc. There are also architectural components such as parallel arcs with dialogue, music, etc. even even during the portions that can be construed as gameplay.
