Question 1: Does not speaking improve the quality of the game? This is an important question to answer because its a key mechanic in our game that strongly dictates the dynamics. We will make a paper prototype. I would expect it would make the game more fun because it forces players to interact with one another in a unique way.
Question 2: Do we have too many colors/too many symbols in the game? At the moment we have 4 symbols, 6 colors across 12 tiles. This is an important question because players may not be able to enjoy the game if there’s too much information to register or communicate around. We will make a paper prototype. I would predict it would turn out we have too many because 6 different colors may be a lot of information for a user to look through.
Question 3: Do teams of 2 make for interesting play? This is an important question because the number of players is key for indicating dynamics. We’d do it with paper prototypes and I think teams of 2 are perfect since its not too many people to manage.
