Hi! I’m Alex (he/him).
Recently, I’ve enjoyed playing a game called Dave the Diver. It has awesome pixel art and a nice combination playstyle of gathering/exploring and cooking, so it’s like 2 games in 1. It has a very cozy atmosphere, nice music, and sharks. Also, it lets me complete many tasks which is nice because I feel productive without too much effort.
My favorite game of all time would have to be Mai Mai, a Japanese arcade rhythm game. I discovered it while studying abroad and played it a lot with my friends there, so I have a lot of fond memories associated with it. It’s the type of game where you can feel and see yourself improve gradually, which is always very satisfying (also I love getting new high scores and character cards :D). It’s also really fun to watch the hardcore gamers play it, who look like they’ve been training their whole lives.
