We modeled our game idea as a clicker game similar to cookie clicker or universal paperclips. You can play our tiny prototype here. We made it on google sheets to just start playing with layouts and the concept.
We want the narrative to be compelling and have fun random events that occur so the player does not become bored and stay invested in the system as it gets complicated.
